Stupid mouse tricks for smart people

If you have a 3 button or wheel mouse, there are a number of tricks that can speed up your everyday work.
Here are just a couple.
1. When you have a hard time reading the text on a web page, hold down the [ctrl] key and roll the mouse wheel back & forth.
It will scale all the text on the page, making fine print easier to read.
Works with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and some email programs...
2. When you need to go back through several search page or other hyperlinks, hold down the [shift] key and roll the wheel.
You will absolutely fly back or forward through all the pages in you latest browsing session.
Works with Internet Explorer, and Firefox.
And just in general, in many graphics programs, the mouse wheel will zoom the display window in or out. Also remember that many advanced options are hidden under the [RMB] right mouse button menu of nearly every Windows element you see on the screen.
